No War And No Peace Only Solution | Problem between India & Pakistan, Is there any Solution?

WHY NOT TALK ABOUT SOLUTION?

It's been 72 years now, till date we are fighting, we don't have a solution, or we don't want a solution. Years ago, some individual (then king of Jammu & Kashmir) decided to stay independent, decided his state won't be a part of India or Pakistan. But subsequently, he accedes to India (with few papers). The past had a different situation, but now the situation is even worse, the critical political dilemma is not only making the locals and security personnel face terrorism and local rages but also affecting every single Indian and every individual from rest of the world with pain and sorrow. Every year brave soldiers give their lives to protect us, their families give their world without a drop of tear, every innocent citizen gives their life in the belief of change for his child, and every youth picks a stone instead of pen or computer. Why things are so severe, we talk about war, we talk about peace but till what time we can fight and till what time we can remain silent. Why not find a solution? We know the answers, we talk about them with our family, and we discuss them while drinking tea with our friends. And wait for the government to work on it, but when will government work? Independence (OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE), seems reality only in the books. This is the high time when the Government should stop playing politics on sensitive issues and resolve the problems which affect many precious, innocents lives. I am not an expert but wonder where they are? Let's look at a few points on the way to the solution, that we discuss when we talk about terrorism. Do add points, which you think can help to find a solution to this critical issue.

WHAT CAN GOVERNMENT DO?

1. It is crucial to snub the accused country entirely who gives shelter to terrorists; the time should not limit to a few months, years or when the political season is around. India is an economically stable country and is not dependent on Pakistan; thus complete boycott is needed.

2. The government should work on territorial conflicts as soon as possible. Take firm decisions on the article 35A and article 370. Though it is difficult to make changes to any article of the Indian Constitution, the case in State of Jammu Kashmir is different, as it involves the most heinous crime of terrorism.

3. The Parliament should at least pass amendment bills for Article 370 (or remove it, with an agreement from both India and assembly of Jammu & Kashmir) as soon as possible and removal of article 35A; these step shall help to connect the State of Jammu Kashmir with rest of India.

4. It is essential for the government and every citizen of Jammu & Kashmir to gain knowledge on the complexity of the articles (stipulated as temporary provision) and understand how to solve them to maintain peace and equal prosperity. It is questionable why the state of Jammu & Kashmir wants to enjoy its special status on the terms of terrorism, the death of innocent people and an undeveloped region.

5. The higher government authority (Governer) in the state of Jammu & Kashmir should take steps and actions to save the state citizens, giving complete co-operation to the security personnel who deal with difficult situations including the local stone pelters and youth rages in the state.

6. The Government of India should ban any known or unknown groups, who make publicity of harmful debate programmes and religious differences to brainwash the mind of local peoples.

State of Jammu & Kashmir (Should decide, is politics more critical for the state or the life of innocent security people and public)

1. What stops the state of Jammu & Kashmir from taking actions on such a sensitive issue, where every year they report terrorism in some form or other?
2. How can the government neglect their own population and let them face fear, doubts, and unemployment?
3. Why don't people of Kashmir, understand that India is the friend, is not this the duty of the state government, who is going to convey this to the locals?

WHAT NGO's CAN DO?

Though there are many NGO's in the state of Jammu & Kashmir, it doesn't seem to help or perhaps they could reach a few populations only.

1. Drug addiction is a big issue in the state, which needs to be taken care of. Many young children, grown-ups including women get involved in drug addiction every year. More de-addiction centers or rehabilitation camp should come to actions.

2. Children education, many children living in villages nearer to the border are away from proper education and healthy, fearless life. They live under pressure of fear and helplessness and bow down to negativity.

3. Woman education, where every woman should be taught about living a fearless life for herself and her child.

4. Camps that can organize counseling for the mental and psychological health of every individual, to deal with everyday stress and depression.

5. Camps that can educate the populations about there village, state, and country. This can help them gain knowledge about right and wrong.

WHAT WE CAN DO?

1. We need to unite, talk positive for our country, the soldiers, and every individual.

2. Contribute to help the families of every security persons, financially, morally, and emotionally. They never hesitate to protect us from enemies, and we should never hesitate to support our country and its protectors.

3. Work as the reminder, it is not necessary to wait for some unfortunate incident to act or speak. Just keep on uniting the country with love and patriotism.

4. Rely on genuine news and avoid fake ones. Stop fighting on social media.

5. Reminding the government consistently, that Jammu & Kasmir is the part of our India and a permanent line should be drawn so that no one can even think of taking it away from us.

Thank you so much for going through this article. We know about all of the things written above, we have read them in papers and seen them on the television. But just as a reminder, "Why not talk about Solution?"
