Times When You Feel Low | Overcome your Loneliness | Answers to The Feeling Deep Inside

Depression, stress, anxiety, fear, let's not get into the types whether it's clinical, social, or medicinal (side effects). But a feeling that is difficult to describe, and trust me it's never easy to express. Ask yourself, do you have enough time to listen to a friend who is going through a tough time, do we even understand the way things are carved in a person's head, that we think can be solved. I talked to a few friends and family before writing this article, how does it feel when you are depressed. What is it like to feel low?
Some said it feels like crying, irritating, loss of interest in favorite things. Few others said they felt like people will misunderstand them, make fun of their problems, they don't feel like talking to anyone, they want to avoid the crowd. Finally, when I asked one of the older people of my family about this feeling, her answer just made me understand what does it really feels.
"Just close your eyes and think you are inside a deep river, your hands are tied with ropes, and so are your legs, you can see people around you standing at the bank of the river, and your loved once too. You are trying hard to get out, you are trying to scream, but the water, the ropes, you are helpless," she said it's a pain. What helps? when I asked, she said, "nothing." Before I could walk back to write my article, I asked her, what helped you? She gave a smile.

"Our mind is strong enough to face every challenge in the world, but at the same time, it is captivated by different emotions around us. The mind is in a constant emotional rollercoaster ride, up and down. Have you ever thought that our part of the brain that carries emotions is constantly working? It' happy; it's sad, sometimes disgust, fear, surprise, apprehensive, and occasionally angry, enthusiastic, positive, and negative. We are even connected with our emotions when we dream, have you ever thought why tears roll down from your eyes when you cry in your dream. Or, shout out loud when you are afraid of something terrible.
Emotions are what we represent ourselves. Why am I talking about feelings? Life is beautiful, all our emotions should be balanced between this Life and us. It's not about success or failures, it's not about downfalls, it's not about a moment, it's not about being alone. It's all about the web of emotions that connects many people with our mind and soul, they can be useful, they can be harmful. Giving yourself time to think, and rethink, then believe again, and then again rethinking on your thoughts can help."

Nothing is certain, that's the only truth of this Life, with human declining every moment, we are aging, so is our body, our inner organs, and the unseen soul. The only thing that's building every day is our emotions, taking care of it is very important. Here are a few things to help you out when you feel really low.

1. Always share your problems with your family, they are the only people who know you better, who can understand your issues.
2. It's essential to learn whether depression is clinical or not. Please visit your healthcare provider as soon as possible.
3. Visit a counselor who can help you with your problems.
4. Talk to friends, if not then someone who you know but not very close to. Sometimes talking rubbish(talks which are not necessary at all) can help.
5. Look at yourself in the mirror, think of your path, think of your goal.
6. Instead of a movie or music, watch a motivational speech or an inspiring video. This will help you to realize that you are not alone in the journey of pain. Many are there and have overcome.
7. When alone, make sure you eat sufficient (it's funny), but this helps.
8. Look at the people whose hands are in your hand.
9. Make new friends. Once my friend said, "new friends, new stories." Get some new stories to help you on your journey.
10. When you feel low, avoid alcohol consumption, smoking, and non-prescribed drugs. They never help you with your pain.

Once my Physics teacher said,
"Life is a staircase, and we are all walking from the lower staircase to upper, make sure you watch your steps, don't look up to the person who has crossed a few more steps than you. Rather look at the person behind you who is still climbing in hope to reach there."

Thank you for your time to read.
Remember to stay Happy.
